This notice explains how Prototime Ltd, trading as Spreadsheet Upgrade, uses cookies and browser storage. We use only storage needed to provide the site and the choices you request. We do not currently use advertising or non-essential analytics cookies.

What these technologies are

Cookies are small text records stored by your browser. Local and session storage let a website remember information on your device. Some expire when you close the browser and others remain for a stated period.

Storage we use

• Authentication and security cookies keep signed-in users authenticated and protect account requests. Their duration follows the applicable session.
• The portal_organisation cookie remembers the organisation selected in the portal for up to 180 days.
• The su_currency cookie remembers your chosen display currency for up to one year.
• The pre-assessment questionnaire uses session storage so answers survive page navigation. It is cleared after submission or when the browser session ends.
• Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security and load-balancing cookies to protect and deliver the site.

Why consent is not requested

The storage described above is strictly necessary to provide a feature you requested, secure the service or remember an explicit preference. UK rules do not normally require consent for this category. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this notice and provide controls before setting them.

Third-party checkout

When you choose to pay, you leave our site for a Stripe-hosted checkout or billing portal. Stripe may set cookies needed for fraud prevention, security and payment processing. Stripe controls those cookies under its own privacy and cookie information.

Managing cookies and storage

You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may stop sign-in, organisation switching, currency preferences or other requested features from working correctly.

We may update this notice when the site or its providers change. The date above identifies the latest version.
