A spreadsheet file cannot simply be uploaded and turned into a reliable online system. We identify its inputs, calculations, outputs, rules, data and user roles, then rebuild those parts in an application designed for the job. Useful business logic is retained; confusing layouts and manual workarounds do not have to be.
What changes for your team
Instead of opening a master file, users sign in and see the screens and records relevant to their role. Everyone works with the same central data. Forms can guide entry, approvals can be recorded, summaries can update from live information and you can see who changed what.
Mobile access and multiple users
Applications are designed for browser use on desktop, tablet and mobile. Staff can work on site, while travelling or at customer premises without trying to control a desktop workbook remotely. Each person can have their own login and see only the information they need.
Fully Managed Apps
From one person improving a repetitive task to teams replacing important operational spreadsheets, we recommend a scope that matches the workflow and the pace of change you need. Essentials is designed for one person and one focused workflow. Business is designed for up to five people sharing one workflow with the same access level. Scale supports larger teams, multiple workflows, different roles and permissions, and integration work. Ownership is available from £10,000 when you want to run and change the app yourself.
Every Fully Managed App includes the agreed first build, hosting, backups, maintenance, security fixes and support. If you later need more capacity, we will explain the options and agree any extra cost before making a change.
Hosted plans are billed monthly with a 12-month initial term. Third-party subscriptions, paid integrations, usage charges, upgraded infrastructure, licences and similar external costs require your approval and are invoiced separately from the plan.
Assessment-first pricing
Every project starts with the £295 assessment, excluding VAT. We review the workbook and how your team uses it, then give you a clear plan for what we will build and when. The assessment price is credited before VAT if you go ahead.

You do not need to learn new software or manage a technical project. We understand how your team works, design the new system, build it, test it and help you start using it.

The system can use your name, colours and everyday business terms. An address such as yourbusiness.spreadsheetupgrade.com is included, or you can arrange to use your own web address.
Built around your business
Your calculations, approval steps, documents and summaries are built into the system. It can also connect to other services your business already uses. Any paid integration or external service is agreed and billed separately.
We keep it online and working
Every Fully Managed App includes hosting, backups, maintenance, security fixes and support. If you later have more users or data, we can increase its capacity and agree the extra cost with you first.
