Spreadsheet Assessment
£295 one-time
We review your workbook and workflow, agree what the app should do, and show which of the four outcomes below suit the work. The assessment plans the build. It does not include the build itself. Most assessments are completed within 2-3 working days after we receive payment and your spreadsheet.
The £295 assessment price is taken off your bill before VAT when you go ahead. If the full amount cannot be used at once, the rest stays on your account for a later invoice. It is not refundable for cash.

Costs outside every plan
Third-party subscriptions, paid integrations, usage charges, upgraded infrastructure, licences and similar external costs require your approval and are invoiced separately from the plan.
Why the assessment comes first
Two spreadsheets with the same file size can support completely different businesses. The cost and delivery plan depend on the people using it, the rules, the data, other tools it needs to connect to and who can do what. We turn that into a clear plan and price before either side commits to the build.

The first version agreed in your assessment is included with every Fully Managed App when you take the 12-month initial term. Any major additions outside that agreement are priced separately.

When you have a question or need a change, you speak to people who understand your business and the system we built for you.
Your brand, not ours
The system can use your name, colours and everyday business terms. An address such as yourbusiness.spreadsheetupgrade.com is included, or you can arrange to use your own web address.
Built around your business
Your calculations, approval steps, documents and summaries are built into the system. It can also connect to other services your business already uses. Any paid integration or external service is agreed and billed separately.
We keep it online and working
Every Fully Managed App includes hosting, backups, maintenance, security fixes and support. If you later have more users or data, we can increase its capacity and agree the extra cost with you first.
