Book the £295 assessment (excl. VAT), set up your account and share the workbook and any related files securely. Tell us what it controls, who relies on it and where it causes problems.

Explain how the work gets done
We discuss who does what, where work changes hands, who can see or change information, the calculations and reports you need, and any unusual cases.
Step 3
Review what we recommend building
You receive a clear plan for what we will build and when. We recommend a proportional scope from Essentials, Business, Scale or ownership.
Step 4
Build, review and move over
We build the agreed app and let your team review it. We move the information according to the plan, help everyone get ready and keep the original spreadsheet as a backup if needed.
What the new app can add
The replacement can give each person their own login, control who sees what, and provide forms, search, summaries, approvals, alerts, automatic documents and links to other tools. It works on computers, tablets and phones.
What happens after launch
Essentials helps one person work faster in one focused workflow, with small improvements handled one at a time. Business gives a team of up to five people one shared workflow with the same access level. Scale adds multiple workflows, different roles and permissions, integrations and greater delivery capacity. Choose ownership when your team wants everything needed to run and change the app itself.
Hosted plans are billed monthly with a 12-month initial term. Third-party subscriptions, paid integrations, usage charges, upgraded infrastructure, licences and similar external costs require your approval and are invoiced separately from the plan.

The system can use your name, colours and everyday business terms. An address such as yourbusiness.spreadsheetupgrade.com is included, or you can arrange to use your own web address.
Built around your business
Your calculations, approval steps, documents and summaries are built into the system. It can also connect to other services your business already uses. Any paid integration or external service is agreed and billed separately.
We keep it online and working
Every Fully Managed App includes hosting, backups, maintenance, security fixes and support. If you later have more users or data, we can increase its capacity and agree the extra cost with you first.
